This is a documentary featuring Josh and Sarah Elmer. They have been married for two years now and are having their first child. Through their positive attitudes they are able to overcome Sarah's medical problems, including Sarah's pregnancy-induced asthma. "I just have had a lot of weird things happen. I've been sicker than most, then my asthma ... I also thought I would gain a lot more weight, so that's a nice trade off, I guess," said Sarah.
