Living on the Edge
Living on the Edge
Pat Lyon is no stranger to living on the edge. The 22-year-old snowboard instructor and college student doesn't think twice about flying off a 45-foot jump into thin air with a piece of plastic strapped to his feet for a landing platform. But for Pat the risky living doesn't stay on the snow slopes. He's one of more than two million people in New York state living without health insurance. In this two-part series, Andrew Breese and Jeremy Ross examine the reasons why people live without insurance and the options available to them.
